qu\u2019un \u00c9tat redistribue les richesses pour atteindre une \u00e9galit\u00e9 sociale, car cela violerait la libert\u00e9 individuelle et le droit de propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<br>Sa th\u00e9orie de la justice repose sur l\u2019id\u00e9e que des biens sont justement poss\u00e9d\u00e9s s\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis et transf\u00e9r\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re l\u00e9gitime.<br>Il critique donc les mod\u00e8les qui imposent une r\u00e9partition \u00ab id\u00e9ale \u00bb des richesses.<br>Son c\u00e9l\u00e8bre exemple du basketteur Wilt Chamberlain vise \u00e0 montrer que des \u00e9changes libres produisent naturellement des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<br>Nozick d\u00e9fend une conception forte des droits individuels, consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des limites que l\u2019\u00c9tat ne doit pas franchir.<br>Il s\u2019int\u00e9resse aussi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique, \u00e0 la connaissance et au sens de la vie dans des ouvrages plus tardifs comme The Examined Life.<br>Sa pens\u00e9e a
